Rare Final Fantasy VII Music Box

Today I would like to show you a special piece of the Final Fantasy Collection of my friend Anjiro. He owns one of the rarest merchandise Square Enix ever released.

It is a limited edition Final Fantasy VII music box that plays "Aeris's Theme" and has a gold plaque that says "Aeris's Theme" and a limited number on it.

Different sources say that Sankyo Orpheus in Japan produced 1000 music boxes but only the best 100 pieces were  finished and sold.

This music box has 50 notes whereas most music boxes have only 18 and the box is made out of curubixa wood which is one of the best woods for music boxes.

According to rumours number 000 stayed at Square Enix. My friend owns number 61.

The price was in the year of its release (2001-2002 but we don't know if it is correct) something about 500$ but today you can find prices up to 30 000$ - 50 000$ (Last auction in 2013).

It is a very nice piece of craftsmanship. Here is a short video we took to give you an impression of its beauty.

Sorry for the bad quality we need to buy a better camera :)
